What To Do When Teams, Zoom or a Website Won't Load

If Teams, Zoom, or a webpage isn’t loading, try the troubleshooting steps below. These steps address the most common causes of loading issues and can quickly resolve the problem. Work through them in order—starting with the simplest—and move to the next only if the issue continues.

Step 1: Close and Reopen the Browser

Step 3: Clear Cache and Cookies 

Step 4: Check Internet Connection   

  • Running a speed test at https://www.speedtest.net 
  • Restarting your Wi-Fi or switching to another network 
  • Turning Wi-Fi off and back on (if using a mobile device) 

Step 5: What if I still can’t load the page? 

  • Submit a ticket to the Librarian 
  • Contact IT Support
