How to view comments on a PowerPoint

On Windows & Mac:

  1. Open the PowerPoint Presentation.
  2. Go to the "Review" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Show Comments" or "Comments Pane" (depending on your version).
  4. A Comments Pane will appear on the right, displaying all comments.
  5. You can also click on individual comment icons (speech bubbles) in the slides to view specific comments.

Alternative Ways:

  • If comments are not visible, click "View" → "Normal" or "Slide Sorter" to check different views.
  • You can also use the "Next" and "Previous" buttons in the "Review" tab to navigate through comments.
  • Keyboard shortcuts 
    • Windows: Press Ctrl+Alt+M
    • macOS: Press +Shift+M
